Phase 1. Rip open walls and re-plumb with all copper (goodbye Quest pipe!), retrofit tubs for new fixtures (temporary), scrape popcorn ceilings…texturing happens today! Our contractor and his crew are the best….hoping to pop in on them and snap some pics with them hard at work. They really are great guys…if you need a referral, let me know! :)
